The Ministry of Government and Justice of Panama is created through the separation of this country from Colombia, under Decree No.14 of November 9^th 1903.  The current administration of the Ministry of Government and Justice of Panama is presided by Daniel Delgado Diamante and Severino Mejía, minister and vice minister respectively. 

Through the Ministry of Government and Justice of Panama, they were able to concentrate the administration and organization of the economic politics that were previously under the control of the Great Colombia. 

The Ministry of Government and Justice of Panama also generates, coordinates, and divulges information and specialized statistics in the public sector.

The Ministry of Government and Justice of Panama has as a vision to achieve in a period of 2 to 3 years the commitment of integrating the human resource.  Equally the Ministry of Government and Justice of Panama expects to stimulate the labor force through the application of new means of participation and group work. 

The Ministry of Government and Justice of Panama works on the simplification of technical administrative and financial processes in the way as to make the services easier for clients.
