Pedro Detresno
From September 26th through the 30th the XX version of CAPAC EXPO HABITAT will be carried out in the ATLAPA Conventions Center in the Anayansi Theater, fair that will gather real estate investors as well as their potential and current clients. Each one of these actors will take advantage of the opportunities that the real estate market of Panama offers, which at this moment is in clear growth; proof being the 175 buildings that are in construction, according to official figures.

Pedro Detresno, president of the organizer committee, expressed that in this fair some 360 exhibitors will participate, among manufacturers, distribution and lenders of services that exist in the real estate market of Panama, who will offer the businesses the materials and supplies needed for their projects. He added that, the expectation of the commercial transactions that will be carried out in this event, linked to the real estate market of Panama, will surpass 200 million dollars.

CAPAC EXPO HABITAT 2007 will be divided into rooms that go from A to H, according to the activity that the exhibitors carry out. Also in this fair, one of the most important fairs in the real estate market of Panama, Central America and the Caribbean, will participate 300 housing projects.

Through CAPAC EXPO HABITAT 2007 the buyers will be able to agree to the diversified offers, therefore projects located in different points of the country will be exposed, that go from dwellings of social interest, residences that enter for the law of preferential interests and whose housing models costs surpass half a million dollars.

Among the news of CAPAC EXPO HABITAT 2007, is the inclusion of the rooms F, G and H, that will be located on the first floor of ATLAPA. In these there will be important actors of the real estate market of Panama, like real estate agencies, banks and businesses decorators.

With the execution of CAPAC EXPO HABITAT 2007, investors will have the opportunity to enlarge and fortify their client base, to which they will offer an integral service that satisfy their needs. This carries us to conclude that this type of fair, that promotes the successful and strong real estate market of Panama, allows the businesses that make up Panama’s real estate market to interact and satisfy the needs of their clients.
