When one gets to know the Chiriqui province of Panama you get a real appreciation of how fertile the soil is here. The first reason people usually site for this is the famous volcano "Volcan Baru" which rises majestically right outside the resort town of Boquete on the one side and the mountain community of Volcan on the other. In our opinion though, the number of rivers in this region are just as responsible if not more so for all the great agriculture found in Chiriqui. 

So you probably won't have a hard time believing us when we tell you that this piece of land we're offering has a river running through it. All that being said though, if someone was to create a little residential housing development on the site you wouldn't second guess them since Dolega is really just a suburb of "David" (Panamas third largest city).
