The Sunset Point development is situated on the island of Colón (Isla Colón) in the Bocas del Toro archipelago only 20 miles from the Costa Rican border. Theres a local airport with daily flights to Panama City (50 minutes). In nearby "Bocas Town" there are bars, shops, restaurants, hotels, nightlife and has catered to a lot of tourism over recent years. However, the town is just far enough away to give you the sense that you're in a world of your own. 

This project is easily accessible by road and is only a 10 minute drive from the aforementioned town (of "Bocas"). This is  a boater's paradise with many of the lots having their own slips, little marinas doting the landscape and a helipad for those helicopter types who like to make a "grand entrance".

The topography is varied so there are many homesites that will have fantastic views all the way across the Bay to "Volcan Baru" (dormant volcano), part of the Chiriqui mountain range. The developers of the project have taken into special consideration the amount of green area that is too remain within the grounds of the development. In fact, over 30% of Sunset Point will remain as lush tropical green area where monkeys, parrots and sloth's can still thrive.
