It is located in an enclosed, well secured section of the city of Colon covering an area of about 400 hectares (1000 acres). Since its ideally located near a number of transport services and ports the "Free Zone" (as its commonly referred to) is a keenly strategic location to distribute ones goods throughout the Americas and beyond.
Aside from being a traditional free trade zone, the "Colon Free Trade Zone" also serves as a global logistics center. Currently it has more than 2000 established businesses/companys and welcomes more than 250,000 visitors/customers a year. Its commercial transactions total about 11 trillion dollars in imports and exports yearly.
We're offering a warehouse space that's 3 levels with a spacious welcoming area/lobby and ample office space in the front of the building. It's situated towards the middle of the "Zone" so its easy for your customers to get to. The office equipment shown in the photographs is also available for rent or lease at US$1,000 per month. The warehouse has two loading ramps and two freight elevators. Each warehouse floor has its own bathroom and has a very efficient floor plan for running a successful business.
