Altos de Curundu is in the area of Panama City that used to be the Panama Canal US Military Zone. The government housing that was constructed there years ago is now giving way to brand new stylish homes with this duplex being a great example. "Albrook" (which is right next store) is also an attractive residential neighborhood and has many amenities and conveniences.

One of the best reasons to move here is that its extremely close to Panamas largest shopping mall (Albrook Mall). Even by US standards this shopping complex is quite the place. Along with what you would naturally expect from a modern mall there's a multi screen cineplex, 36 lane bowling center and children recreational/game rooms.

It might be good to make a special note here that it's in this "pocket" of the city that you'll find some of the most prestigious schools in Panama . They are all English speaking  and most are fully accredited by US standards.

Another Panama City sector within a short drive is El Dorado. This area is a joy  with its fine restaurants, casinos and there are key service businesses in the vicinity as well. You'll  have the convenience of a first rate shopping mall/plaza and Panamas other bowling center (24 lanes) is located there as well (as you might suspect this writer is an avid bowler).

This is a more traditional looking duplex (of two floors) that includes seperate living & dining rooms, friendly kitchen, studio/den, laundry room, maids quarters with bath, storage room, covered terrace with BBQ and a carport that comfortably fits two vehicles.

By the way, the kitchen and laundry room do come totally equipped with the latest appliances and the home is fully air conditioned.
