"Ciudad Radial" is a residential zone in Panama City that has mostly working families and is a fairly humble part of the city. That said, you're close to "Costa Sur" which has a few new residential developments in the making and you're also near the Tocumen International Ariport (10 minutes). There's also an expressway/tollroad close by that can take you to downtown Panama City in about 10 - 15 minutes. You will also have easy access to supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and the cities largest outdoor mall ("Los Pueblos").
